The Help Desk system will give you the ability to resolve your PECSYS issue in a couple of ways: by searching the online resources to find answers and troubleshoot on your own; or by creating a “ticket” for your issue directly in the Help Desk itself.  You'll also be able to keep up-to-date on the status of your ticket as it proceeds through the issue resolution process.
